Information
Although we work all over the country, and the world, the base for travelling is Carnoustie (DD7) and our on-site
support services are available in the AB,DD and PH postcode regions.
In that area (roughly up to an hour-and-a-half away) we don't generally charge for travel. After that we simply
charge the extra travelling time at the same rate as work, which is £35 an hour for most ad-hoc calls.
All our rates and prices are exclusive of VAT.
We also don't normally charge extra for calling out-of-hours or at weekends, and we can usually arrange
to arrive at a specific time, so you won't have to wait in all morning or afternoon.
As we absorb the costs of travel into our rates, the minimum call out is normally for an hour, but
for existing customers and re-visits as part of some ongoing repair we tend to be very flexible.
We have many customers outside our area, and of course the rates for long contracts and ongoing work are
negotiable. We're also happy to help our existing customers over the phone, for which we charge pro-rata
and invoice at the end of the month.
Out-of-hours the office number will usually re-direct to an engineer, so if your enquiry or problem is urgent please feel
